If you’re thinking of working with us, please fill out the form on our Contact page, designed to help us get to know a bit about you and your travel companions, your personal travel styles, and get a sense for what you’re seeking. We’ll capture the essentials and an idea of what we’ll be planning. There’s also a spot to share your thoughts. The more details, the better!

Based on the length and complexity of your trip, we will send over our client engagement agreement to complete along with an initial, non-refundable travel planning deposit. Fees vary based upon the scope of work and will be confirmed following the initial inquiry phase.

We begin researching and design a customized itinerary with options that align with your personal style + vision, tailored specifically for experiences we think you'll love. We work together to refine every aspect of your trip from beginning to end, until it is nothing short of perfect! We love surprising you with options and experiences you never thought possible.

Once we have fine-tuned every detail to perfection, we confirm all of your reservations and bookings on your behalf. We leverage our industry partnerships to ensure you are VIP'd across every reservation and that our preferred partner perks are requested in advance to ensure an extra memorable experience. Confirmation details are then sent over for your review.

Once we have confirmed all accommodations + flights, we will then turn an artful eye to all the behind-the-scenes planning - every detail in between that make your trip most memorable. We share our personally vetted recommendations for all things dining + activities, guided by our insider knowledge + matched to your personal taste, and assist with booking every little detail - from luxury transfers, private guides, spa appointments, tickets to exclusive experiences/events and, of course, those delicious can't miss restaurant reservations you've so been looking forward to.

At this stage, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your investment now that initial deposits have been submitted. We'll inform you of any final balance due dates and assist with any travel documents required for your specific destination.

You will receive your final itinerary via an easy-to-use mobile app with all travel details, confirmation documents, and destination tips organized in one easily accessible place. We will always include on-the-ground contacts throughout your trip to ensure you have a seamless experience from door to door.
